#Friends and #Family will always be there for you!

Happy Friday, welcome the weekend, all that really matters when it’s said and done, is that you have your #friends, #family and you have your good health.

Not too many of us can say that we have all of the above ,so here is a toast to good friends keep them close,

To family always near or far they are dear in our heart.

The ongoing goal of maintaining good health will always be a #challenge made much easier with the love and support of your #friends and #family.

Watch What You Think, Say, or Do, as It Becomes Reality

Another Pearl of Wisdom that I have learned over the many years is:

Watch your thoughts; they become words,
Watch your words; they become actions,
Watch your habits; they become character,
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

I truly believe in these words and thoughts as they do become reality.
When you speak your thoughts out loud, it’s called Self-Talk ,you put the words out there in the universe and they could come back to haunt you, as they are now #REALITY!

With this in mind try and stay focused and positive with your Self-Talk,
This will enable you to remain #Motivated and #Optimistic in your day-to-day life and activities.

I have found this to be a very good tool to have in my arsenal, and it truly does work, just like positive energy and yoga.

In loving memory of our Mom, Babcia,who passed five years ago today.
We would give anything to have you here with us; to hear your voice , see your smile; feel your touch. Mom, we miss you very much! However, we know that you are no longer in pain, and residing in The Next Place!

There is not a single thing that I have collected in my life that I would ever like to bring except the love those who love me, and the warmth of those cared. The happiness and memories and the magic that we shared. Though I won’t know the joy of solitude I’ll never be alone I’ll be embraced by all the family and friends I’ve ever known although I might not see their faces all our hearts will be as one in the circle of our spirits will shine brighter than the sun. I will cherish all the friendship I was fortunate to find all love and all the laughter in the place I leave behind. All these things will go with me. They will make my spirit glow.
