A Day In The Life Of Gail.

When I was a little girl I was always attracted to the lavender in my Nana’s backyard. Whenever I was visiting I would run over and start picking before hearing “GailValeriePearce”, oh no my whole name must be in trouble. Ran quickly back with a handle full of fragrant lavender and professed my love to my only living grandparent, as she picked me up on the laundry stoop and told me to stick to the lilac tree, which she had plenty. I loved my Nana so much that I would line her drawers with perfumed paper made with love and wax, pressed with an iron. Gleefully placed the tiny lavender seeds in a wicker-made container placed the lid back on, and then sprayed throughout the year. My Nana was so pleased with my ingenuity and a love so strong between us that whenever she slept at my house (which is another eye-opening tale) there was always a bottle of Lavender spray by my bed to help us sleep. To this day I use it in my home, and fragrances, especially my son’s bedrooms when they were younger, I would run into their rooms to get all the Monsters out!!! Especially in the dark winter months, I sprayed that powerful remedy everywhere.
